Valves VY: a closer look
This month we would like to focus your attention on some relevant aspects of our VY valves.
There are details that are not often considered while choosing the valve and the manufacturer, but these points can make the biggest difference between our valves and competitors’ ones.
For instance, in the section view, you can see brass spacer cages, valves’ body obtained from a full aluminium bar, high efficiency seals that contribute substantially to valve’s lifespan, the aluminium spool with a special nickel plated surface treatment.
All these little details, allows to VY series valves made by Airwork, to have an average life and durability higher than actual market standards. Indeed, all VY valves in different sizes or functioning, are guaranteed for 50 millions cycles in optimal conditions.
